E2 Condos

E2 CONDOS, THE SECOND PHASE OF THE ACCLAIMED

E CONDOS COMMUNITY

E Condos 2 is the second phase of the E Condos development, which is currently underway in the Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue area of midtown Toronto. E1 Condos was jointly led by developer-builders Bazis Incorporated and Metropia. This condo project will be developed by Metropia and is poised to be built on the stunning success of the project’s first phase, which sold out all 632 units.

A fantastic location in one of central Toronto’s most livable neighbourhoods is one of E2 Condos’s strongest selling points. Yet, this modern, amenity-packed development has a lot more to offer. The currently underway E1 Condos and the coming soon E2 Condos delivers the very best of contemporary living, with a complete suite of conveniences, luxuries, and lifestyle features. The building’s sleek, stylish design and bright, streamlined interiors create a fresh and exciting look you’ll be proud to call home.

E Condominiums 2: Details and Specifications

Because the E2 Condos project was confirmed by the developers only recently, few details have been officially released to the public. The second phase of the E Condos community is expected to be a 38-storey high-rise residential tower, which will serve as a stunning complement to the currently underway 58-storey E1 Condos. Artists’ conceptions of the completed future site show a pair of tasteful glass-covered high-rise buildings resting atop geometric podium bases, creating a beautiful new addition to the well-received residential developments that have transformed the Yonge & Eglinton corridor in recent years.

The E Condos 2 is located at 39-41 Roehampton Avenue, just one block north of Eglinton Avenue East off Yonge Street. The developers have not yet confirmed the total number of condominium suites the community’s second phase will house, but given the building’s 38- storey height, unit availability will number into the hundreds.

Here’s a look at some of the key features of the first E1 Condos phase, which E Condos 2 buyers and investors can expect the new development to mirror:

  • Direct indoor connections to the Yonge Eglinton Centre mall and Eglinton TTC subway station
  • 24-hour concierge service
  • Fully furnished, bookable guest suites
  • Outdoor terraces and barbecue areas
  • Community lounges and dining facilities
  • Bookable media rooms and party rooms
  • A fully equipped exercise room, with an on-site sauna, yoga and Pilates studio, and swimming pool

E1 Condos interiors include soaring ceilings up to 9 feet tall, as well as premium pre-engineered flooring, stylish kitchen backsplashes and quartz countertops, and cabinets personally designed by renowned Toronto-based interior designer Mike Niven. Niven and his team are involved with multiple upcoming projects in Toronto, including the all new Royal Q Towns at The Queensway and Royal York Road. All units also come with a standard suite of high-performance, European-inspired appliances, including an integrated refrigerator- freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, and energy-efficient exhaust fan.

Location, Location, Location

The Yonge & Eglinton corridor has long been one of central Toronto’s most dynamic and desirable residential neighbourhoods. It’s easy to see why. The area is filled with restaurants, pubs, bars, cinemas, and entertainment venues. Scenic Eglinton Park is nearby, offering a calm and peaceful respite from busy urban living.

The RioCan Yonge Eglinton Centre mall headlines the Yonge & Eglinton intersection, with flagship stores including Indigo, Urban Outfitters, Winners, Reitmans, and the Body Shop, among others. The mall is also home to a well-stocked LCBO outlet, and area residents can take full advantage of the dozens of boutiques and independently owned retail shops that thrive in the surrounding streets.

Overall, the Yonge & Eglinton area has a near-perfect Walk Score of 95. It also features a Bike Score of 89 and a current Transit Score of 94. The pending completion of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT will boost that Transit Score even higher. This rapid mass transit extension will run from Pearson International Airport all the way to Scarborough, with connections to many major north-south transit routes along the way.

Transit options abound, even without the completion of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Major bus routes run along Eglinton Avenue in both directions, and residents can access the Yonge- University-Spadina line of the TTC’s subway system without going outdoors. Drivers can reach multiple major intercity routes in minutes, including the Don Valley Parkway and Allen Road, which provides direct links to the eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 401.

Here are a few other statistics that highlight just how livable the Yonge & Eglinton area really is:

  • About 60 percent of the area’s residents use public transit as their primary means of transportation
  • There are approximately 17,000 jobs located within one kilometre of the Eglington subway station
  • The Yonge & Eglinton area is home to around 21,000 residents

Families with school-age children will also be happy to know that some of Toronto’s top-rated public schools are in the neighbourhood. Upper Canada College, one of the country’s most prestigious private schools, is also within close proximity of the E Condos community.
